2009/2010 holiday hours

Special arrangements have been put in place to provide essential services for all Axon customers during the 2009/2010 holiday period.

 

General office hours
All Axon offices will be closed from 25 December 2009, and reopen for business as usual on Monday 11 January 2010.


Service Desk

The Service Desk is closed from 25 – 28 December 2009 and from 1 – 4 January 2010 inclusively.

For the periods 29 – 31 December 2009 and 5 – 8 January 2010, the Service Desk will operate to normal, extended 'business as usual' hours.

Alerts, monitoring and staff on call will function every day as normal, even on the closed dates.


Professional Services

A skeleton staff will be available every day, without exception, to provide after hours on call support. Special arrangements have been negotiated with clients that require Axon staff on site on statutory holidays, or for the days between 25 December 2009 (Christmas Day) and New Year.


Procurement

Axon Procurement will close from midday, Thursday 24 December 2009, and reopen on Monday 11 January 2010.
 
The following cut-off dates apply if you require delivery prior to Christmas:

  • Items in stock: must be ordered by 5.00pm, Monday 21 December 2009
  • All other items: please check estimated delivery times with your sales representative by calling 0800 80 60 90.
